ABOUT THE ROLE

Dental Paediatrix is looking for a passionate and experienced Part-time Dental Reception / Dental Assistant to join our friendly team in Bondi Junction. As a key member of our dental practice, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting our dental professionals, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Part-time position: 32 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8:30am- 5:30pm.
Conveniently located 5 minutes walk from the bus and train station.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Scheduling and managing patient appointments.
  • Assisting dental professionals during procedures by preparing equipment and performing sterilising duties.
  • Handling patient inquiries and addressing any concerns.
  • Promoting a positive and calming environment for our young patients.
  • Traveling to Alexandria to assist in day surgery / hospital procedures.
