We are looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our 100% private, boutique dental practice located in Bexleyheath, Kent. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental reception role
  • Experience in a private dental practice (advantageous)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Comfortable working in a luxury, patient-facing setting
  • Strong administrative and IT skills, including MS Excel
  • Confident in making day-to-day decisions aligned with our brand values
  • Well-organised, with high attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Positive, proactive, and professional attitude
Responsibilities

As part of our front-of-house team, you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in delivering a premium experience. You will be expected to:

  • Provide high-quality reception and administrative support
  • Handle patient queries promptly and professionally
  • Keep the Practice Manager and team updated with any relevant patient feedback
  • Manage invoices, deliveries, and data collection regarding treatment outcomes
  • Work closely with the lead dental nurse and management teams
  • Maintain accurate financial transactions in line with our credit policy
  • Participate in team meetings and relevant training sessions

This is a fast-paced role requiring strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
