JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations of our dental office. This role requires proficiency in administrative tasks, effective communication skills, and a solid understanding of medical /dental terminology related to dental practice.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using dental software such as ABEL DENT is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
  • Ability to handle multiple phone lines and manage front desk operations effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and customer service excellence.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment commonly used in a dental practice is a plus.

  • Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries efficiently.
  • Assist with insurance verification and claims processing as needed.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and optimal office operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and waiting room.
