JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients, and providing exceptional administrative support. This role requires proficiency in dental office procedures and familiarity with electronic medical records systems.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a dental or medical office setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Dentrix or similar dental software is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic medical records management.
  • Strong administrative skills with experience in front desk operations.
  • Ability to handle multi-line phone systems effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities are essential for managing patient records accurately.
