Aarm Dental Group on Seymour is looking for an experienced certified Dental Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, self-starter with great communication and organization skills.
Schedule:
Monday: 8:00am- 8:00pm
Tuesday: 8:00am- 8:00pm
Wednesday: 2:00pm-8:00pm
Thursday: 8:00am- 2:00pm

EXPERIENCE

• Dental Receptionist Certificate from a school in BC
• 1 year minimum experience as a Dental Receptionist
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

• Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the dental office and assist them with check-in procedures.
• Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and confirm patient visits using phone systems.
• Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
• Handle billing inquiries and insurance verification to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Provide administrative support to the dental team, including managing correspondence and filing documents.
• Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming for patients.
• Assist with other office duties as needed to support overall clinic operations.
