JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Receptionist to join our team at Aleasyi Specialized Dental Center. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, managing appointment scheduling, patient inquiries, and administrative tasks. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic and providing a welcoming environment for all patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Greeting and Assistance: Welcome patients with a warm and professional attitude, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage patient appointments efficiently, coordinating schedules and ensuring smooth flow of patients in and out of the clinic.
  • Patient Records: Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accurate and confidential documentation of personal information, medical history, and treatment details.
  • Billing and Payment Processing: Handle patient billing, process payments, and provide insurance support, including verifying coverage and submitting claims.
  • Phone and Email Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide information to patients regarding services, appointment scheduling, and treatment procedures.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining clinic supplies to ensure the office runs smoothly.
  • Patient Education: Provide patients with information about their treatment options, aftercare instructions, and general oral health tips when needed.
