We are looking for a motivated and organised Administrator & Receptionist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent administrative and customer service skills who enjoys working in a healthcare environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly disposition.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Dentally software is an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming patients warmly upon arrival and assisting them with check-in procedures.
  • Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and cancellations efficiently.
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to patient enquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Supporting the dental team with general administrative tasks
  • Maintaining accurate patient records in compliance with GDPR and CQC regulations.
  • Process patient payments and manage invoice enquiries effectively.
  • Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient needs.
  • Ensuring the reception area is well-organised and presentable at all times.
