Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This is a dual role, combining front-of-house reception duties with proactive treatment coordination. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, while also guiding them through their treatment journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Providing a warm, professional welcome to patients.
  • Managing diaries, appointments, and patient enquiries.
  • Supporting clinicians with treatment coordination for cosmetic, implant, restorative and facial aesthetic treatments.
  • Presenting treatment plans and finance options confidently.
  • Performing intraoral scans to support cosmetic, Invisalign, and implant consultations.
  • Assisting with consultations, ensuring patients are informed and supported.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and compliance documentation.
