JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our Dental Practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional front desk support, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients, and managing various administrative tasks. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our dental office while delivering outstanding customer service.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in using electronic dental records systems, particularly ABELDent
  • Strong understanding of Medical terminology related to dentistry.
  • Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role within a Canadian Dental or Medical office setting is desired.
  • Familiarity with administrative tasks and office procedures, including managing multi-line phone systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
