Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are a friendly, patient-focused dental practice in Zetland looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist/Assistant to join our team on a casual basis. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a supportive environment and is eager to learn and grow in a dental setting.
We are looking for someone interested in a long-term role, preferably not a student, who is seeking a consistent 2 - 3 days a week position. This is not a short-term or seasonal role, but a great opportunity for someone who values stability and is keen to be part of a small, caring team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing front desk duties including patient check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and handling enquiries
  • Answering phones and coordinating patient communications
  • Processing payments and health fund claims
