  • Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient use of the dentist’s time.
  • Manage patient records, including updating personal information and treatment histories.
  • Handle incoming calls, responding to inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
  • Process payments and manage billing inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Assist with insurance verification and claims processing as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area, ensuring a pleasant experience for patients.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and communication.
