Description

We are looking for someone to cover a maternity leave (12-18 months) - training shifts in December 2025, and full schedule beginning January 5, 2026.
Aurora Braces is an orthodontic practice in Aurora, ON providing traditional braces and Invisalign to children, teenagers and adults in the community. We are a family-oriented clinic, focused on providing quality care in a warm and trusting environment.
We are seeking a friendly, organized and motivated dental receptionist to join our team. Our ideal candidate is capable of handling all front-desk responsibilities with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:

  • Opening and closing clinic
  • Greeting and seating patients
  • Answering phone calls, responding to e-mails, and checking answering machine
  • Booking and confirming patient appointments (patient referrals, follow-up appointments, recalls)
  • Managing appointment schedules to maximize clinic efficiency and flow
  • Filing, maintaining, pulling and organizing charts (both traditional and digital)
  • Preparing contracts, financials, predeterminations
  • Billing and managing monthly invoices
  • E-mail correspondence with patients and dental clinics
  • Coordinate lab pick-up and delivery
  • Order office supplies

Qualifications:

  • Previous dental experience is an asset

Schedule:

  • Monday - 8:30am to 6:15pm
  • Tuesday - 7:30am to 5:15pm
  • Wednesday - 7:30am to 4:45pm
  • Thursday - 8:30am to 4:15pm
  • One Saturday per month - 8:00am to 1:45pm

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
