Arch Dental is excited to open in the brand-new Covenant Wellness Community – Millwoods, Alberta’s first community-based, one-stop wellness destination. We are looking for a warm, professional, and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team and be part of this exciting launch.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check-in patients with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
  • Verify insurance coverage and process billing
  • Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day
  • Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations

Qualifications

  • Previous dental reception or medical office experience preferred
  • Knowledge of dental software (Dentrix, Cleardent, or similar) an asset
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, positive, and patient-focused attitude
  • Team player with attention to detail
