POSITION SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a passionate, organized, and hard-working Dental Receptionist to join our Coquitlam team on a part-time, permanent basis.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, enjoys working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly, and brings strong communication and organizational skills.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Administrator or Receptionist
• Completion of a Dental Administration Certificate/Program
• Experience with dental practice management software (e.g., Tracker) is an asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A customer service-focused mindset
