JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires proficiency in medical scheduling, insurance verification, and familiarity with health information management systems. The Dental Receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations and maintaining patient satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ICD-10 coding and eClinicalWorks or similar health information management systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in office management tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
