Duties
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm appointments using the office’s scheduling system
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers

- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents

- Follow office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a dental practice essential
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of dental terminology is a essential
