What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome patients and manage front desk operations with professionalism and warmth
  • Coordinate and present treatment plans clearly and compassionately
  • Lead daily administrative functions and support fellow team members
  • Oversee scheduling, insurance processing, billing, and patient communications
  • Collaborate closely with clinical staff to ensure a seamless flow of care
  • Contribute to the development of office systems, protocols, and team culture

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of dental reception experience
  • Strong understanding of treatment planning and dental procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Dentrix software
  • A proactive, goal oriented, growth-minded team player who is excited to lead and learn.

Job Type: Full-time (Part-time can be considered leading to full-time)
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday
