Description

We are a full-service dental clinic with 2 dentists and an awesome team of auxiliary staff. We strive on providing great customer service and comprehensive care to our patients. We also perform a myriad of necessary and elective treatments ranging from periodontics, orthodontics, endodontics, pediatrics, surgeries, TMD management, partial/full mouth rehabilitations, prosthodontics, and more, in a multi-disciplinary approach.
We are looking for a team player who is self-motivated, energetic, a fast learner, and has a positive attitude to join our amazing team.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in a dental office preferably.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Booking patient appointments and making all clinical providers are fully booked.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Processing insurance claims and collecting payments.
  • Assisting patients in completing necessary forms and documentation.

Working days:

  • 3-5 days per week including Saturdays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
