Creekside Dental Langley is a modern, family-owned dental clinic located in the heart of Willoughby. We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team part-time, with the potential to transition to full-time as we grow.
Our ideal candidate is someone who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for patient care. While previous experience is an asset, we’re happy to train the right person who shares our values of building lasting relationships and delivering sustainable, long-term care.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Experience in dental reception and Open Dental software is preferred
• Knowledge of dental insurance, coding, and terminology is an asset
• Strong administrative, communication, and multitasking skills
• Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Mandarin language skills are a bonus—not required
• Team-oriented with a willingness to grow in a supportive environment
