We are looking for someone that is also friendly, motivated and team oriented to join our team as a full-time dental receptionist. Job tasks include:
· Accurately perform scheduling duties.
· Process dental insurance claims and treatment payments.
· Provide treatment estimates and insurance pre-authorizations.
· Complete reports including day-end, month-end, deposit and receivables.
· Play a key role in the transition of paper charting to digital charting.
· Other administrative duties to assist the office team.
What we are looking for:
· Experience or education related to dental related role is a must: including dental assistant, dental receptionist, or patient coordinator.
· Good interpersonal skills, strong communication, highly organized, and detailed-oriented.
· Dependable with good work ethic.
· Can work independently and also function well in a team setting.
· Strong will to learn, and to grow in the dental field with the team in the office.
· Friendly, motivated, caring and team-oriented work style. Looking to thrive and grow.
