The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

• Greeting patients and guests in a friendly and courteous manner
• Answering telephone calls/emails and responding to patient inquiries
• Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
• Collecting payments and processing insurance claims
• Other assigned duties.
