OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our family friendly team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operation at the front desk of our dental office. This role requires strong administrative skills, proficiency in phone systems, and familiarity with dental terminology and software.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist in dental office is required.
  • Familiarity with dental software such as Able dent is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail.
