JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations of our dental practice, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients while efficiently handling administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various medical and dental software systems. Days and hours expected can be seen below:
Monday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Tuesday: 9:00am - 7:00pm
1 Saturday a month 9:00am - 3:00pm

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist is preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, dental terminology, and health information management practices is essential.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are required.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced patient communication.
  • Experience with medical scheduling, insurance verification
