JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic dental office team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth front desk operation. This role requires proficiency in handling phone systems, managing appointments, and maintaining electronic medical records while creating a welcoming environment for patients.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 years Dental Receptionist experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Tracker dental software systems is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
