JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and maintaining a welcoming environment for all patients.

SKILLS

  • Strong administrative skills with experience in office management preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanour.
  • Ideally from a dental back ground with knowledge of treatments and software but training can be given.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage appointments and patient records efficiently.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service excellence.
