JOIN OUR TEAM AS A DENTAL RECEPTIONIST!

  • Location: Devonshire House, Cambridge
  • Salary: From £23,000 per year (Competitive – experience matters, but we’re also happy to train the right person!)
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Schedule: 4 days a week (Monday – Friday) + 1 Saturday in 4- Enjoy 3 days off a week!
  • Hours: 07:45 – 18:15

Our friendly and professional team is on the lookout for a warm, enthusiastic Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. If you love meeting people, staying organised, and keeping things running smoothly, this is the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Greeting patients and visitors with a big smile and a friendly hello
  • Helping patients book and manage their appointments (don’t worry—we’ll train you!)
  • Answering calls and emails, offering top-notch customer service
  • Handling mail, deliveries, and keeping our reception area looking welcoming
  • Assisting with admin tasks across different departments when needed
  • Providing information about our dental treatments and services (no experience in dental- don’t worry! We will train you!)
  • Keeping things secure and ensuring all visitors sign in properly

You will be very successful at this role if you’re;

  • Someone who LOVES working with people and has great communication skills
  • A quick learner who stays calm and collected in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident at learning new technical terms and relying them to patients
  • Super organised with a keen eye for detail
  • A positive team player who’s also happy working independently
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general office equipmen
