QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar administrative role (preferred)
• Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance billing
• Proficiency in dental office software (Dentrix)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out procedures
• Schedule and confirm appointments using dental software (Dentrix)
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Process insurance claims and payments
• Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Coordinate with dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists to ensure smooth daily operations
