• Experience with Tracker Dental software.
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance billing processes.
• Experience with treatment coordination and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to adapt to clinic processes and maintain efficiency in a busy environment.

• Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Schedule and confirm appointments while managing patient flow.
• Handle dental insurance billing and treatment coordination.
• Assist with treatment planning and patient care discussions.
• Maintain patient records and ensure data accuracy.
• Manage phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
• Provide administrative support to the clinical team as needed.
