Role Overview: We are seeking a friendly and professional Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring their experience at our practice is welcoming and seamless.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role (dental/healthcare experience preferred but not essential)
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and office software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A friendly, approachable demeanour and a commitment to providing excellent patient care

  • Assisting with patient check-in and check-out processes
  • Coordinating with dental staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Managing billing and payments
  • Performing general administrative tasks to support the practice
