JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our multi-dentist practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operation of the front desk. This role requires proficiency in managing phone systems, handling electronic medical records, and familiarity with dental terminology and the software - Tracker.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist is a must, 4+ yrs is ideal.
  • Familiarity with computers and email programs.
  • Familiarity with Tracker software is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with reading x-rays
  • Proven ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with patients and staff.
  • Experience with phone systems and electronic medical records management is required.
