OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and phone etiquette is essential.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is required.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry and filing.
