Full-Time Dental Receptionist
Location: Friendly Dental Centre & Little Mountain Dental Centre
We are looking for a full-time Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming and professional team.
About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a positive and professional experience at our office. We are seeking someone who is punctual, articulate, compassionate, and highly organized.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and assisting patients in person and by phone
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Managing patient records and billing
  • Coordinating with dental team members to ensure smooth office operations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a dental receptionist is an asset
  • Familiarity with ClearDent software is preferred
  • Dental Receptionist Certificate is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills; ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is a great asset
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly wage: $25–30, based on experience
