JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Dental Front Office Coordinator/Dental Receptionist to oversee our front office operations and manage patient treatment plans. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional reception skills, particularly in phone manners, and have a proven ability to schedule patients and effectively communicate treatment plans.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a dental front office is a MUST.
  • Proficiency in dental practice management software Dental4Windows
  • Strong understanding of dental terminology and treatment procedures.
  • Excellent phone manners and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to present and explain treatment plans in a clear and persuasive manner.
Responsibilities

FRONT OFFICE DUTIES:

  • Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and well-organized.
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:

  • Maintain accurate patient records and update information as necessary.
  • Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries.
  • Coordinate with the patients to verify their health insurance coverage and benefits.
