Description Full-Time Dental Receptionist Locations: Rexburg & St. Anthony Dental Clinics Grand Peaks Dental Clinic is looking for a dependable Full-Time Dental Receptionist to join our team. This position works in both our Rexburg or St. Anthony locations depending on scheduling needs, with a schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week. Full-time employees are eligible for health benefits, a 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off. This role provides the opportunity to work in a professional, team-oriented environment while supporting patients and helping the clinics run smoothly. Wage is DOE. Key Responsibilities: Welcome patients and provide excellent customer service Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow Verify patient information and assist with check-in/check-out Handle basic insurance and billing questions Keep the front desk organized and communicate effectively with staff Requirements Previous dental or medical office experience preferred High School Diploma or equivalent required Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required Please submit your resume with references!
