JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic dental office team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations. This role requires proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records. A strong understanding of medical terminology and experience with dental software such as Dentrix and Epic is preferred.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a dental or medical office is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Dentrix
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dental practices.
  • Proven administrative experience with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
