JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice. working 3 days a week 8.00am to 5.30pm, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing excellent customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and maintaining a welcoming environment for our patients.

SKILLS

  • Previous office experience is essential, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
  • Proficient in using office equipment and software applications relevant to dental practice management.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanour.
