The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. SKILLS

• Previous office experience is essential, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Strong administrative experience with proficiency in using office software
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
