JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the administrative functions of our dental office. This role requires proficiency in dental office procedures, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a dental or medical office is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Dentrix, Epic, and electronic medical records systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing patient records and appointments.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks with experience in front desk operations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact positively with patients and team members.
