JOB OVERVIEW

Kew Bridge Dental is seeking a friendly and efficient Dental Receptionist to join the team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks in a busy dental practice. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous office experience is essential, preferably within a healthcare or dental setting
  • Administrative experience is highly desirable, showcasing proficiency in managing office tasks
  • Excellent computer skills are mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff
  • Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
