F/T Dental Receptionist (Kitsilano)
We are a busy dental office in Kitsilano looking for a new F/T Receptionist to join our team! We are looking for someone who is energetic, friendly, and motivated. This is a family practice and we see a lot of children. Our ideal candidate should have dental receptionist experience but we are willing the train a person with strong work ethic and customer service skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completion of dental reception program an asset but we are willing to train an individual with the right aptitude
• Knowledge of ClearDent an asset
• Ability to verify insurance eligibility and benefits as well as explain treatment plans for patients
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be a team player
• Be able to handle patient and office emergencies in a timely manner
• Must be detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to learn in a quick-paced environment
• Be able to multitask and work independently
• Must be quick to respond to incoming communication via phone/email
• Must be computer literate and up to date with digital technologically
• Knowledge of a second language an asset
  Full time including 2 Saturdays per month September to May, closed 2 weeks for Christmas holidays. Hours include some later days.
