Responsibilities
  • Greeting and welcoming patients
  • Creating connections with each person that walks in the door
  • Answering phones
  • Checking patients in and collecting information such as health history, insurance, etc.
  • Collecting patient portions for treatment
  • Scheduling appointments for multiple providers/ offices.
  • Verifying insurance benefit
  • Confirmation calls for appointments
  • Creating an exceptional experience for our patients through relationship building, follow through, and working to solve problems/questions they may have.
