REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of dental reception or related experience
• Proficiency in Tracker dental software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A team-oriented, positive attitude

• Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
• Manage appointments, scheduling, and patient records
• Handle phone calls and inquiries efficiently
• Process billing, insurance claims, and payments
• Support the clinical team in maintaining a smooth office flow
