YOUR EXPERIENCE AND APPROACH

What truly sets you apart is your proactive attitude, clear communication, and your genuine commitment to creating a positive experience for both patients and your team. Ideally, you’ll have at least one year of experience in a dental reception or assisting role, and you’re confident managing a busy front desk environment. You’re well-organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable using dental practice software — with knowledge of EXACT being a definite plus. A good understanding of infection control protocols is helpful, but above all, we’re looking for someone who’s reliable, adaptable, and ready to roll up their sleeves to support the smooth running of the practice. If you’re someone who thrives in a collaborative team and takes pride in delivering excellent service, we’d love to hear from you.
