We are currently seeking a friendly receptionist on a casual basis to join our team based in Gladesville. Our ideal candidate will be confident in nature and have the ability to multi-task whilst maintaining a high level of customer service for our patients.

• Greeting and assisting patients
• Answering phone enquiries and diverting calls in a professional manner
• Making patient appointments
• Checking, processing & managing customer accounts
• Entering & maintaining an accurate patient database
• Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area
  Minimum of 1 year experience working in a dental or medical reception role would be ideal. Familiarity with Oasis would be a bonus, but not essential. Applicant must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Willing to train. Wage range $31 - $35 per hour.
