JOB OVERVIEW

We seek a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth operation at the front desk. This role requires proficiency in managing electronic medical records and familiarity with dental office procedures.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in electronic medical records management is essential.
  • Experience working in a dental office environment with knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental practice management software is a plus.
  • Strong administrative skills, including attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
  • Ability to operate phone systems efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with Dentrix software is must .
