JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a friendly and professional Dental Receptionist to join our small and friendly dental team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the practice and enhancing the patient experience.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist would be desirable but not essential.
  • Administrative experience is highly desirable, showcasing proficiency in managing schedules and patient records.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service are vital for this role.
