OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Mandarin and/or Cantonese speaking Receptionist. This candidate must also be fluent in English.
We are looking for dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team in a fast-paced dental office environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This role requires proficiency in managing electronic medical records and familiarity with dental terminology, as well as a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere for patients.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in electronic medical records management is essential.
  • Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with dental software, Open Dental, is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
