We are seeking a friendly and professional Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth operation within the practice and enhancing the overall patient experience.

SKILLS

Experience in Dental, ideally a qualified dental nurse with experience in reception work and SOE software. Experience in using clinipads.

  • Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in office management software and basic computer applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly telephone manner.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is advantageous but not essential.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and patient care is highly valued.

  • Maintain patient records with precision and confidentiality, ensuring all data is up-to-date.
  • Process payments and manage billing inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication and patient flow throughout the practice.
