Responsibilities: ✔ Oversee and manage patient scheduling across multiple locations, ensuring provider efficiency and patient satisfaction using Dentrix Ascend, Open Dental or similar software. ✔ Lead front office operations, streamlining patient check-in/check-out, documentation accuracy, and workflow coordination. ✔ Be the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, providing clear and compassionate communication regarding treatments, financial policies, and appointment logistics. ✔ Maintain meticulous patient records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA regulations. ✔ Coordinate with providers, treatment coordinators, and dental assistants to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care. ✔ Train and mentor junior receptionists and administrative staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and exceptional service. ✔ Optimize scheduling strategies to maximize provider productivity while keeping wait times minimal.
