KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a dual role offering variety and growth. Your duties will include:

RECEPTIONIST DUTIES:

• Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring an outstanding first impression.
• Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and schedules using our advanced dental management software.
• Answer and respond to patient enquiries (phone, email, and in-person) promptly and courteously.
• Process payments, handle patient records, and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
• Keep the reception and waiting area organised and inviting.

DENTAL NURSE DUTIES:

• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to the highest clinical standards.
• Assist clinicians during dental procedures, ensuring patients feel comfortable and supported.
• Manage sterilisation and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
• Provide pre- and post-treatment care and guidance to patients with compassion and clarity.
